About / The shop

Built by operators.
For operators and founders.

Foundry was started by operators who spent years running real businesses before AI was on the roadmap. We built products, closed deals, missed quarters, scaled teams, and learned the hard way what actually moves the numbers.

Then AI got good. We watched consulting firms charge six figures for slide decks that never shipped. We watched SaaS vendors bolt “AI” onto existing products and call it a platform. We watched operators buy tools they never used.

So we started Foundry to do the thing nobody else was willing to do: actually ship AI systems into real operations. No decks. No roadmaps that die in Q2. Just automations, dashboards, agents, and occasionally entire AI-native businesses, that your team opens, uses, and quietly depends on.

The name is the thesis. A foundry is a shop. Hot, loud, kinetic. Raw material goes in. Hardened, functional, specific things come out. If you want a vendor, there are plenty. If you want a shop that ships, let's talk.

Manifesto

“We don't sell AI. We ship the systems that make AI pay. And when the business doesn't exist yet, we build that too.”
Foundry / founding principle

Principles / 4 of 4

What we won't bend on.

01

Ship, don't deck

We don't write whitepapers. Every engagement ends with something running in production. If it isn't live, it doesn't count.

02

You own it

Code, data, accounts: everything ships in your cloud under your credentials. Fire us tomorrow and the system keeps running.

03

Specificity over theater

Generic AI demos are everywhere. We care about the boring operational wedge that actually moves your numbers.

04

Teach as we build

We don't want to be a permanent dependency. Your team learns what we learn. Bring it in-house when you're ready.
